The future of leadership isn't just cognitive. It's physiological.
After nearly three decades working in sustainability, systems thinking, and organizational transformation, I became increasingly fascinated by a question:
“Why do smart, well-intentioned people struggle to access their best thinking under pressure?”
That question led me into years of study in neuroscience, physiology, adult development, and somatic intelligence.
Today, my work brings those worlds together with neuroscience, physiology, and executive coaching to help leaders cultivate the internal conditions that make exceptional leadership possible.
With a background in design, research, sustainability, social innovation, climate change, coaching, and inclusive leadership, I bring a unique perspective that bridges neuroscience and embodied practice to help leaders build the internal capacity for clear thinking, psychological safety, resilience, and sustainable performance.
In addition to my work with organizations, I am internationally recognized for my work supporting women through the profound transition of midlife, helping them reclaim their vitality and leadership during peri/menopause, and beyond.
My work is evidence-based, informed by lived experience, and designed to create meaningful and lasting change.
